1. Do you have expedited shipping? We are already using the fastest shipping solution available. Our
company and customer service team are based in the United States, but to ensure
high quality, competitive pricing, and a wide range of options for customers,
our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from the factory.
2. Do I need to pay import duties/taxes? For customers in the United States, the current price already
includes all applicable taxes. For customers in other countries, import duties
may apply. If duties are required, the courier company will contact you
directly and assist with the payment and processing.
Shipping
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 days because all products are shipped directly from our factory. This includes approximately one week for custom tool production and one week for express shipping, ensuring high product quality while keeping prices competitive.
We generally ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If you prefer a specific shipping carrier, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@acediamondtooling.com.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email and provide the tracking number as soon as it becomes available. You can also check your order status anytime in your account on our website. We will monitor the shipment and ensure your package is delivered safely.
Return & Refund
Our tools are tested daily to ensure stable quality and high performance. In the rare event of a quality issue, we guarantee a 100% return, replacement, or refund for the affected items.
