1. Return Policy

Our tools are tested daily to ensure stable quality and high performance. In the rare event of a quality issue, we guarantee a 100% return, replacement, or refund for the affected items.

For quality issue: Products with quality issues can be returned. We will offer a 100% refund or replace with a new one according to your request.

For non-quality issue: Since all our products are custom-made according to customer orders, please confirm the specifications carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for assistance. For returns due to no quality issues (change of mind, etc.), the product must be brand new and unused. The $25 shipping fee will not be refunded, and the return shipping cost wiil need to be borne by the buyer.

2. Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 days. This includes approximately one week for custom tool production and one week for express shipping.

We generally ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If you prefer a specific shipping carrier, please leave a note at checkout or email us at info@acediamondtooling.com

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email and provide the tracking number as soon as it becomes available. You can also check your order status anytime in your account on our website. We will monitor the shipment and ensure your package is delivered safely.
