1. Return&Refund
Our tooling are tested every day by ourselves to ensure stable quality and high performance. In rare case of quality issue, we can guarantee 100% return, replace or refund of the problematic items.

2. Shipping
Tools are usually delivered to customer’s address in 10~15 days. One week for producing the tools according to order, and one week for express shipping.
Orders are usually shipped by Fedex, UPS, or DHL. If you have preferred shipping agent, leave a note on your order or email us at info@acediamondtooling.com.
We will email you when your order has been shipped out and send you tracking number once available. Order status can also be found on our website your account. We will also keep track of the shipping and make sure the package be delivered to you.
