Compared with 1/4 PCD tooling, the 1/2 PCD features larger polycrystalline diamond (PCD) segments, resulting in a slightly longer service life and improved durability.
Although it is less aggressive than 1/4 PCD, the 1/2 PCD tooling delivers excellent coating removal performance with reduced gouging, making it an ideal choice for projects where preserving the concrete substrate is important.
