  3. How to measure concrete floor hardness?
Rebound test for PSI hardnessA rebound test (Schmidt Hammer test) is a quick, non-destructive method to estimate the compressive strength (PSI) and surface hardness of a concrete floor.
Scratch test for Mohs scaleThe Mohs hardness test measures how resistant concrete is to scratching by using tools with known hardness levels. A test pick is dragged across the concrete surface, and the scratch is inspected. The highest-numbered pick that can scratch the surface represents the concrete’s surface hardness.
