The Double 1/4 PCD Compatible with HTC Grinders is designed for fast, aggressive removal of thick coatings from concrete surfaces. It is ideal for professional floor preparation projects involving epoxy, paint, glue, mastic, urethane, waterproofing membranes, and other difficult-to-remove materials.
This tool features two premium 1/4 PCD cutters welded onto two raised round support bases. The elevated round-base design provides excellent stability, improves force distribution, and allows the PCD cutters to engage coatings more effectively for higher removal efficiency.
PCD technology removes coatings by scraping and fracturing the material rather than grinding it into dust, resulting in faster production rates, reduced loading, and a significantly longer service life compared with conventional diamond segments.
