The Double Bar Diamond Tool Compatible with Scanmaskin Grinders is engineered for fast, efficient, and consistent concrete grinding. Featuring two rectangular diamond segments, the Double Bar design provides a larger grinding surface and excellent stability during operation. Compared with single-bar tools, the dual-bar configuration delivers smoother grinding, improved tool balance, longer lifespan and a more uniform scratch pattern while maintaining aggressive material removal.
Ideal for contractors working on residential, commercial, and industrial flooring projects, this tooling is suitable for grinding concrete, terrazzo, and other cement-based surfaces.
Grit Options
This metal diamond grinding tool is available in a wide range of grit sizes to meet the requirements of every stage of concrete floor preparation and grinding.
Available grits: 16/20#, 16#, 20#, 30#, 30/40#, 50#, 60/80#, 60#, 70#, 80/100#, 80#, 100#, 100/120#, 120#, 150#, and 200#.
Lower grit numbers (16#–30#) are designed for aggressive material removal, making them ideal for thick coating removal, heavy concrete grinding, and surface leveling. Medium grits (50#–80#) provide an excellent balance between cutting speed and scratch refinement, making them suitable for general surface preparation. Higher grits (100#–200#) produce finer scratch patterns, helping prepare the concrete surface for resin polishing while improving overall surface smoothness.
With multiple grit options available, contractors can select the most suitable tooling for coating removal, concrete grinding, floor preparation, scratch refinement, and polishing preparation.
