Featuring two round diamond segments, this Double Button Diamond Tool provides an excellent balance between aggressive material removal and long tool life. The dual-button design distributes grinding pressure evenly, resulting in smoother cutting performance, improved stability, and consistent scratch patterns across the concrete surface.

Grit Options
This metal diamond grinding tool is available in a wide range of grit sizes to meet the requirements of every stage of concrete floor preparation and grinding.
Available grits: 16/20#, 16#, 20#, 30#, 30/40#, 50#, 60/80#, 60#, 70#, 80/100#, 80#, 100#, 100/120#, 120#, 150#, and 200#.
Lower grit numbers (16#–30#) are designed for aggressive material removal, making them ideal for thick coating removal, heavy concrete grinding, and surface leveling. Medium grits (50#–80#) provide an excellent balance between cutting speed and scratch refinement, making them suitable for general surface preparation. Higher grits (100#–200#) produce finer scratch patterns, helping prepare the concrete surface for resin polishing while improving overall surface smoothness.
