The SD Style 1/4 PCD Grinding Shoes Compatible with WerkMaster® Grinders are designed for aggressive removal of thick coatings, adhesives, epoxy, mastic, paint, urethane, and other difficult surface materials from concrete floors. Equipped with premium 1/4 round Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) segments, these tools provide fast coating removal without loading up or smearing soft materials.
Unlike conventional metal bond diamond grinding shoes that are designed to grind concrete, PCD tooling works by scraping and fracturing coatings away from the surface. This allows for significantly faster removal of stubborn materials while minimizing clogging and extending tool life.
