1. Do you have expedited shipping?
   We are already using the fastest shipping solution available. Our company and customer service team are based in the United States, but to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and a wide range of options for customers, our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from the factory.
2. Do I need to pay import duties?
   For customers in the United States (except for U.S. island territories), the current price already includes all applicable taxes. For customers in other countries, import duties may apply. If duties are required, the courier company will contact you directly and assist with the payment and processing.

   Rebound test for PSI hardnessA rebound test (Schmidt Hammer test) is a quick, non-destructive method to estimate the compressive strength (PSI) and surface hardness of a concrete floor.
   Scratch test for Mohs scaleThe Mohs hardness test measures how resistant concrete is to scratching by using tools with known hardness levels. A test pick is dragged across the concrete surface, and the scratch is inspected. The highest-numbered pick that can scratch the surface represents the concrete’s surface hardness. Mohs scale ranges from 1 (soft) to 10 (hard).
