Trapezoid 1/4 Reversed PCD is engineered for fast and efficient coating removal on concrete surfaces. Equipped with premium Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) segments, they quickly remove epoxy, paint, adhesives, mastic, waterproofing membranes, and other tough coatings while minimizing clogging. These tools are ideal for surface preparation before concrete grinding and polishing. ACE Diamond Tooling offers a variety of PCD configurations and mounting systems to fit leading floor grinders, delivering high productivity, long service life, and consistent performance.
Important Reminder: PCD diamond tools for epoxy removing are direction-specific (clockwise or counterclockwise). Always confirm your machine's grinding head rotation direction before purchasing or installing to avoid performance issues.
Mounting Holes of the Trapezoid 1/4 PCD:
Wolfpack/Iron Horse/ASL: three non-threaded holes diameter 9mm.
SASE: three M6 threaded holes.
Packaging
9 pieces per box. Each grinding tool is individually secured in a protective foam slot to help prevent movement and damage during transportation and storage.
Each inner box is labeled with the product specifications for easy identification and inventory management.
