PCD Diamond Tools are engineered for fast and efficient coating removal on concrete surfaces. Equipped with premium Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) segments, they quickly remove epoxy, paint, adhesives, mastic, waterproofing membranes, and other tough coatings while minimizing clogging. These tools are ideal for surface preparation before concrete grinding and polishing. ACE Diamond Tooling offers a variety of PCD coating removal tool configurations and mounting systems to fit leading floor grinders, delivering high productivity, long service life, and consistent performance.

Important Reminder: PCD diamond tools for epoxy removing are direction-specific (clockwise or counterclockwise). Always confirm your machine's grinding head rotation direction before purchasing or installing to avoid performance issues.

We are already using the fastest shipping solution available. Our company and customer service team are based in the United States, but to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and a wide range of options for customers, our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from the factory.
  2. Do I need to pay import duties?
For customers in the United States (except for U.S. island territories), the current price already includes all applicable taxes. For customers in other countries, import duties may apply. If duties are required, the courier company will contact you directly and assist with the payment and processing.
  3. How to measure concrete floor hardness?
Rebound test for PSI hardnessA rebound test (Schmidt Hammer test) is a quick, non-destructive method to estimate the compressive strength (PSI) and surface hardness of a concrete floor.
Scratch test for Mohs scaleThe Mohs hardness test measures how resistant concrete is to scratching by using tools with known hardness levels. A test pick is dragged across the concrete surface, and the scratch is inspected. The highest-numbered pick that can scratch the surface represents the concrete’s surface hardness. Mohs scale ranges from 1 (soft) to 10 (hard).
